She said it from her heart,
and bounded it with her soul.
A promise to ne’er part
from the love that made her whole.
Some questioned her decision,
others couldn’t believe.
What could’ve Juliet actually see
In someone as average as he?
Persecution stabbed her ego,
Though it’s her Romeo at the stake.
For every bullet that hits Romeo
goes straight right through her chest
The endless eddying of her woes,
kept her mind restless.
Yet she denies naught
that his love keeps her at peace
Juliet sees not,
what Romeo possesses.
Juliet cares not,
what Romeo can’t give.
Their affection made them whole
So they promised ne’er to part.
Bound the vow with their souls,
As they said it from their hearts.
